During a routine visit with his infectious disease physician, Jerome Singletary learned he had contracted hepatitis C. In this video Singletary explains the life-saving care and treatment he received at the Midtown Campus.

The center offers integrated and innovative care for a range of infectious diseases including those living with or at risk for HIV, as well as patients with viral hepatitis and other infections. A multidisciplinary team of experienced providers, including infectious disease specialists, psychiatrists, pharmacists, social workers, substance abuse counselors and dietitians, collaborate daily on patient treatment plans. This approach ensures patients receive comprehensive, high-quality care that positions them for long-term success.
